Eva Coudouloux was born and raised in Paris France and has had an extensive career as a professional makeup artist for film and TV.
While studying theatre and drama at both the Sorbonne University and the National Academy of Dramatic Arts in Paris, Eva developed an interest in “behind the scenes” activity and more specifically, makeup. Her studies in drama gives her a unique connection with actors, developing excellent relationships with the artists, directors and others in the community.
Following roles with fashion agencies in Paris, Eva moved to Montreal in the early 1980’s, expanding her love for the arts and attending numerous classes in painting, drawing and sculpting. Soon afterwards, Eva moved to Toronto where she obtained her Makeup Artist Diploma at the School of Makeup which at the time, was located on Bay Street.
For over 20 years, Eva has been a successful professional makeup artist and keeps updated on all aspects of her skills including airbrushing, prosthetic application, facial hair, casualties, bald caps and tattoos. Since 2017, Eva has been teaching Film Makeup at the College of Makeup and Design in Toronto.
Eva is bilingual in French and English and has a working knowledge of speaking and understanding Spanish and owns a Canadian and EU Passport. Although based in Toronto, she continues to travel throughout Canada and Europe for long and short periods of time to accommodate shoot schedules.
